The candidate I witnessed seemed to have an answer for the majority of these questions. I chase the interview of Margaret Bartow, Ed.D. She came from working at both Frederick Community College and the University of Maryland. She appeared to be very put together, eloquent, and posed, crossi ng her legs and folding her hands as she sat! . This woman did her homework on the college/area prior to this interview. Mrs. Bartow knew the unemployment statistics of the area, the work out cuts of CCCC, as well as local businesses. I was very impressed with that, she was eager to find out more than close to where possibly she will be working and the community it is b pose by.
